Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your AzFut account and the personal data associated with it. AzFut is developed by HighTab.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

1. Open the AzFut app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap Settings (gear icon).
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm. Your account and profile data are removed immediately; if you are in an active match, leave it first.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email from your registered email address to altuninho@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion”. We will verify the request and process it within 30 days.

What data is deleted and what is kept

Deleted

• Profile data: name, photo, contact details, position, preferences.
• Your player rating and account identifiers.
• Login credentials and push-notification tokens.

Retained

• Match history and aggregate statistics are kept in anonymized form (no longer linked to you) so other players’ records stay accurate.
• Records we must keep by law (e.g. payment/transaction records, where applicable).

Personal data is deleted within 30 days of the request. Residual copies in technical logs and encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
